The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a communications and IR capacity and be confident representing a company as a key spokesperson to the media and to analysts. You must be comfortable setting up and leading an internal communications programme, with previous relevant experience. This role would suit an individual who hasn’t previously led a team or function and looking for their next step up, to grow in to the role. You will need to be a self-starter, with lots of creativity to set this function up.
