512GB microSD card - largest ever built
A UK-based storage company, Integral Memory has unveiled a 512GB microSD card, which is the highest so far. The card is also classified as SDXC UHS-I U1 card, Business Wire reports, and it is said to work with different devices such as Android smartphones, and tablets. The Integral 512GB microSD card will officially hit the market next month. The pricing details of the card are not yet known. Monkey clones created first in Chinese laboratory
Identical long-tailed macaques Zhong Zhong and Hua Hua were born several weeks ago at a laboratory in China.
Scientists say populations of monkeys that are genetically identical will be useful for research into human diseases.
But critics say the work raises ethical concerns by bringing the world closer to human cloning. [read more]

Nobody Wins Lunar X Prize As Google Space Race To The Moon Ends
Research teams spent a decade trying to reach the moon and win the $30 million Google Lunar X Prize. But organizers are declaring an end to this leg of the space race, saying none of the teams are able to launch a lunar rover project by the March 31, 2018, deadline.
"This literal 'moonshot' is hard," X Prize's Peter Diamandis and Marcus Shingles said in a statement about the contest that began in 2007. They said that while they had expected a winner by now, the grand prize "will go unclaimed." [read more]
